Special Blue Premium Torch Warranty

Two year limited warranty from original date of purchase. Original proof of purchase required.

Please contact the Special Blue Customer Support Team before shipping torches to our facility for warranty care.

Your Special Blue torch is warranted against defects in material or workmanship, not in results of misuse or accidental damage.This warranty only covers defects arising under normal usage and does not cover any malfunction, failure or defect resulting from misuse, abuse, exposure, accidents, neglect, and improper maintenance or storage.

This warranty does not cover the damage resulting from modification, alteration or unauthorized repair.

This warranty does not cover normal deterioration of the exterior finish, including but not limited to scratches, dents, chips, or to any corrosion or discoloring by heat, abrasive and chemical cleaners.

If this Torch fails to perform satisfactorily within 2 years of purchase due to defects in materials and /or workmanship, please return to Special Blue:

Defective Torch (emptied of all gas)

Defective torches will be repaired or replaced, at Special Blue’s discretion, and returned to the return address provided.

Use of non-Special Blue Butane makes warranty voidable.

OUT OF WARRANTY SERVICE
For products past the two-year warranty date please follow the return directions above and include $25.95 per non-warranty product

Non-warranted products will be repaired or replaced, at Special Blue’s discretion.
